October 29th 2015 was a joy filled day for the Liguori Province, Bros. Jijo, Lijo, Jomon, Shijo and Sijo were ordained as deacons by His Excellency Mar Sebastian Adayanthrath Auxiliary Bishop of Ernakulam-Angamaly Archdiocese. It was the fulfilment of a long awaited dream for all. The liturgical celebration began at 7.00 in the morning. Frs. Joy Poonoly, Vackachan and Sijo Velledathu concelebrated with the bishop. After the Holy Qurbana all the newly ordained deacons cut the cake and all the confreres sang ‘Vivat’, followed by a grand breakfast.
