The meeting or Rectors and Ministeres of various communities of the province was held on 26th Sept. 2019 at Liguori Bhavan, Mattoor. The meeting began at 9:30. Fr. Tomy Alappatukunnel the Councillor for Finance & Temporal Goods welcomed all for the meeting after a short prayer. Then we had an input session by Fr. Joseph Veranannickal the Provincial Bursar, in introduced to the Gathering about the new policies and procedures for the Administration and Financial management by the General Govt. He also cautioned about the procedure of correct budgeting and planning for the next financial year. Opportunities were given to clarify doubts and questions. The concluding address was given by Fr. Biju Madathikunnel the Provincial Superior. He too stressed about the proper budgeting and regarding the new financial policies of the General Govt.
